Recruitment Administration Process (ReAP)

You like interviewing people and offering people jobs, you just don’t like (or don’t have the time) to do all the stuff needed to get to that point.

With our ReAP service, we either take your job description and person specification or we help you write them. We then write and post the adverts for you. We acknowledge all applications. For those not successful, we decline politely on your behalf so that all interactions with your firm are positive and professional. Having screened candidates against your agreed requirements we send you only the CVs of people who match your criteria and you decide who to interview.

It takes all the administrative legwork out of the recruitment process and leaves you to spend your time on the fun bit… meeting people and securing your next hire!

This is offered on a role-by-role basis if you don’t recruit very often, or on a retained basis if you recruit on a more regular basis.
