New Fair Work Agency Launches 7 April 2026

The UK Government is launching the new Fair Work Agency (FWA) on , bringing together several existing regulators into one simpler, central body for workplace rights. The agency will oversee areas like the National Minimum Wage, agency worker protections, and labour exploitation, with plans to expand into new areas, including state‑enforced holiday pay, over time. It’s designed to make guidance clearer, enforcement more consistent, and support easier for employers and workers alike.

Highly Recommended HR Professional

I can highly recommend Jeremy as an HR professional. One of Jeremy’s greatest achievements when we worked together for was when we bought a company larger than ourselves and with a polar opposite culture. Jeremy led the culture management programme and a year later the organisation was voted 2nd in the ST “Best Companies to work for” (2006). I also witnessed Jeremy very successfully organise and orchestrate a number of group conferences for 500+ people
